>Code 1: NO CHEATING
   
No AoF Member will use, store, or test cheats*/or anything else that will give an unfair advantage to the member. No Member will associate/aide with cheaters while representing AoF.

* Cheat: any alteration of the official game code and associated files or any use of a program that is meant to alter the behavior of the game in a way that either gives an unfair advantage to players using it.


>Code 2:Dedication and Real Life

AoF accepts all real life needs and commitments. AoF will not put any member into a decision between real life success and AoF.

Members can freely leave when they want to,they should have right balance between RL and games,and they should try their best to inform the alliance of their departure.


>Code 3:General Conduct within the Alliance

= AoF members respect each other regardless of their origin, nationality, age, gender, race, religious beliefs or creed.

= AoF members respect non-AoF members in the same way as AoF members.

= AoF members show dignity, honor and integrity outside of AoF. Any insult towards the member, its unit, another AoF member, AoF branch or AoF as a whole are to be ignored in-game and should be complained to the right authorities for appropriate action.(Admins of game)

= Any and all language or content of an adult or offensive nature will not be tolerated, whether on voice or text communications (chat, forums, email etc.).

No AoF member will issue religious or political statements or respond to one of them.

= Good sportsmanship is mandatory at all times and in all situations.

>Code 4: Allegiance/Loyalty

AoF as such does not stop its members from being members of other gaming organizations.This is left to gaming branches to decide.
Ideally speaking there should not be any 'conflict of interests'.


>Code 5: Awards/Promotions

Promotions and awards will be handed out based on the following sorted principles:
a) Commitment
b) How long you have been a member
c) Conduct
d) Teamwork
e) Performance

Leadership Positions will be assigned based on the following sorted principles:
a) Leadership abilities
b) Dedication
c) Conduct

And last but not the least,have fun!!

>Medal for Improvement-
Member who has constantly improved in a game with his skills through hard work and dedication.

>Leader's Pride Award-
This medal/award recognizes those who have constantly influenced the evolution and well-being of their branch/guild/group in a positive manner through their leadership abilities.AoF salutes these individual's devotion and dedication.

>Medal for Exceptional Conduct-
Award given to individuals who have shown exceptional conduct and sportsmanship in a game and have made the entire alliance proud with their conduct.

>Lifetime Achievement Award-
This is given to those who have made their alliance greater through honesty,loyalty,honor,and leadership and have retired.This award recognizes them and their efforts.

>Medal of Excellence-
Awarded to the members who are pros and veterans in a particular game.They have excelled through their exceptional skills and abilities.

>Outstanding Volunteer Medal-
This award recognizes those members who have donated money/material for the alliance and helped in its running.

>Recruiting Award-
Awarded to the member who has gone above and beyond in successfully recruiting for alliance exceptionally.

>The Tear of Phoenix-
This is for recognition of a member who have fallen from our ranks due to injury or sickness. It is a symbol of what the loss means to the AoF membership.

>Bronze Membership Award-
This medal is awarded in appreciation of long-term service. It is awarded to members that have completed a total of 1 year with AoF.

>Silver Membership Award
This medal is awarded in appreciation of long-term service. It is awarded to members that have completed a total of 2 years with AoF.

>Gold Membership Award-
 This medal is awarded in appreciation of long-term service. It is awarded to members that have completed a total of 3 years or more with AoF.
