Rattlesnake has been promoted to the post of A Wing Leader,that means he is a Tertiary Leader.

He has recruited many members which is good and that is the mark of a leader in gaming related activities.

In any game gaming association,recruitment is very important and is a continuous process that has no end.
That means a leader has to always recruit.
Rattlesnake has realised this and has acted accordingly.
He also has good managerial skills.

He has some talent and is "President" material for me.


But for that he would have to follow the three suggestions-
1)Continue with ur recruitment process,do not stop!(Ever!)

2)Very important-U must post frequently in Void forums.U must create ur identity in Void community and should gradually become well known in Void.
One good way to do that is being active in Void forums.

Build ur networks and friends in Void community and therefore always look to avoid conflicts/wars!

3)Must promote other members to become leaders,always find new leaders because in gaming associations leaders form the core and they are the ones who continue the association.

Oh i got promoted...

Thx Geromix. I really feel honored. But i really didnt do anything special. Its just the way i play freelancer. I was clan leader myselfs for many years and as that you have to keep an eye open on new players as well as other players in game. There is always a chance to find one or the other worthy player. Not all the time you recruit the perfect player, and some young players need some guidance, but hey we all started somewhere. I make sure that those who i recruit follow my path and help others as they received help from others. Thats the way it works.

I really appreciate your faith in my abilities. I make sure you wont regret.

I will create a char on void Forums asap, but not as Rattlesnake. I will use my Xizor there. You know...Diplomacy. Cant use a pirat there.
