| You need to go through it via research... it takes forever, and the research follows a specific pattern, so it takes quite a while if you haven't got a load of scientists working (which I don't, btw lol) on it.
Don't ask me about the specific pattern, I know about as much about it as I understand the need in the food chain for mosquitos... |
