Due to the lack in clarity of top leadership because of a large number of leaders the creation of the AoF Command Council(ACC) was inevitable.
Originally the AoF Leaders Council(ALC) was intended to be the Council of Leaders which can decide and act on matters collectively.
However,as AoF grew so did AoF Leaders Council and now it has many members in it and this has made the Council ineffective for taking decisions on matters quickly.

Therefore,a new top layer of leaders was needed that will be the final say on matters regarding AoF and the AoF...
