It looks more or less certain that we will shift to a new forum.

Consequently a number of topics/posts need to be copied and re-posted in new forum to repopulate the new forum.

Now,we need to make a list of them or at least count and keep in mind what needs to be transferred.

3 important criteria-

1)All topics that are general like Member List,Application text,diplomacy etc need to be moved.

2)Topics in Tips/Strategy sections of various games need to be moved.

3)Miscellaneous ones,posts which u like and feel that it needs to be in new forums.

It is suggested that the ones who posted it earlier should post it again.
In case the original poster is unavailable then the gaming branch leader can post it in instead and leave a small note at the end saying this was posted originally posted by so and so.

I expect all Admins to help in this.

Pls make a list or have the posts that need to be moved in your mind by 4 days.

I volunteer to do my news and most of the off-topic forums, and anything else you ask for

well for me the whole list of Ikariam branch will be shifted...except for some unwanted or less relevant post...this i know wat to do...so tell me the website of the new home i get on it.

I dont think we need to move much from the off topic apart from ur news Comfort. im sure ill be corrected if im wrong.

As for posts. The main stuff of branchs should be moved by leaders of that branch.

I don't think we really need this list. at the time of the purchase we can go through and find the important posts (especially the stickied posts) and copy them to the new site. What is the URL of our new site going to be?

No,its not really a list as such,but just a reminder,u know to keep this in your head.

Pls don't add posts that are discussions which are more than 6 months old.

Important notification posts are important.

I expect the overall topics to be moved to be around 200.

Hmm... maybe I should move more. Void A Wing section only needs two topics moved - [A] Wing Diplomacy, and [A] Wing Members List.

Perhaps I should do more of the AoF Void sections... and perhaps Ikariam sections. If Kazragore needs any help, apart from... um... whoever is volunteering, then he can just call me. Through my pm box. It's like a telephone! Only bigger

Ya, I don't forsee us needing to move more then about 50-100 posts total.

Well i'll get a load of the earlier Discovery branch ones as well as help Existence etc move the latest ones. Will move the Xfire related things as well as the important stuff from the AoF bar section. Also any other things that need moved just say and i'll go for it, will help with the Void section but seems Comfort has that sorted

I mean it's in the AoF Members Section now, should I move it over to the Creative Writing Section on the new site if I put it there?
